The Company

I have been exclusively retained by one of the UK’s leading Microsoft Gold Partners who have been fortunate enough to win partner of the year in 2019-2019, often in more than one category. Even though they work internationally with their other offices in both Europe and the US, they still retain a very family feel to their UK operations which has resulted in an industry low attrition rate of 8% YOY, meaning once you join you’ll most probably want to stay! Despite the economic challenges in the ERP space, they have continued to win work and are taking on both permanent and contract staff.

The candidate

So ideally you will currently be a Senior Consultant working on large projects or programmes, or doing various aspects of a Solution Architect’s role on smaller projects and feel that you’re ready to take the step up to Solution Architect. Your skill set will be anchored in Finance and Project Accounting however you will have a solid understanding of other D365 modules and how they interact with each other. 

The role

Stepping up to a larger role can be daunting, but you will be given all the support you could ever need, as well as the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most interesting greenfield Dynamics 365 projects and programmes. You will be entirely responsible for the solution on the projects you are assigned to and your role will encompass everything from mentoring of more junior members to C-Level interaction with the client to ensure you are delivering the best solution at all times.
