Role Overview: As a Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to our esteemed clientele. You will lead a team of talented professionals, managing the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Engage with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage team workloads, and monitor project progress against milestones.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and consulting teams, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 F&O (or similar ERP) implementation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Solid understanding of finance and operations processes, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Experience in Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to travel as required by project needs.
