Role Overview: As the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, from initial conception through to delivery and post-implementation support. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented to meet these needs effectively. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage D365 F&O projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including consultants, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and best practices.
• Oversee project risk management and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and operations processes and how Dynamics 365 F&O can be used to improve business outcomes.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
