About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CE Senior Consultant to join a prestigious Microsoft Gold Partner in the UK. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000, along with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end D365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver tailored implementations that drive business value.
• Provide strategic consultancy, ensuring best practices are followed and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
• Offer guidance and support to junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and team development.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, with a focus on end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Proficient in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.
